Envelope printing: pre-paid and business reply envelopes
Great rates on printed envelopes to suit your office needs
We offer a commercial envelope printing service for a range of business needs. The most commonly used are:
- Pre-paid envelopes
- Business reply envelopes
- Branded envelopes
- Mailing envelopes
- Gift Aid collection envelopes
- Wage envelopes
- Donations envelopes
We are able to supply any size or type with different flap options and in various qualities and quantities. Our bespoke service includes window and non-window envelopes, pocket envelopes, wallet envelopes and banker envelopes.
The above can be gummed or self-sealed and, although generally white or bank, can be overprinted across the front and back of the envelope for special promotional campaigns. Don’t waste your first impression – on average a person views the envelope for 9 seconds which is ample time to get your message across and get noticed by the customer.
We can also print your direct mail marketing, business reply envelopes, catalogues, brochures, magazines and newsletters (links to be added for all of these).
Not sure of the best envelope size or colour?
Then please don’t hesitate to give us a call. We are only too happy to advise.
The most popular envelope sizes are C4, C5, DL and C6 but we have many custom sized envelopes if you have more specific needs.
Envelopes can be window, non-window, pocket, wallet or banker (the gummed flap is on the longest side of the envelope). They are white, cream or buff in colour but other colours and sizes can be ordered. The also come in gummed or self-seal versions with the self-seal envelope being the quickest to seal if a large mail-out is planned.
Envelopes can be designed by our in-house design team
The creative studio at Kenads can design your envelope with anything from a simple address to a full-colour graphic aimed at making a statement.
It is always useful to use our studio for Royal Mail PPI envelopes. These have specific requirements related to the bar code and the position of the image to each edge of the envelope despite being very simple at first glance. We can help you stay up-to-date with Royal Mail specifications.
